Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items returned without prior return authorization.
  • Returns requested after the 30-day return period.

How to Request a Return

Refund Process

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution or payment provider, refunds generally appear within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or you received an incorrect or defective item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue promptly, please provide your order number along with clear photos of the item and its packaging.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the eligible item according to this policy and placing a new order for your preferred item.

Return Processing Time

Once your returned package has been received, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing.

Approved refunds will be processed as soon as the inspection has been completed.
